Just ask my family–I've always been the party planner, activity organizer, and holiday celebrator. From themed birthdays to community gatherings, I love creating spaces where people feel cared for, celebrated, and seen. Pop Up Parties was born from that love–and from a desire to make parties feel lighter for busy families in Cache Valley.
"Our Story"
My kids still talk about the Star Wars party, Harry Potter Platform 9 3/4 party, the French Parisian birthday, the black-light 16th, and our Fourth of July bike parade (to just name a few). Recently I got to plan a very special wedding. That's when I realized something: families want those kinds of memories, but they don't always have the time (or the storage for once-used décor) to pull it off. So I started creating themed party sets you can rent locally–complete, coordinated, and ready to go–plus balloons, cookies, and other fun add-ons to bring it to life.

Pop Up Parties makes it simple to host a celebration that looks incredible and feels effortless. This is how we help you do it:

Curated Party Set Rentals: Coordinated décor bundles built around a theme, color palette, and your budget–ready for local pick-up.

Balloon Décor: garlands, arches, and custom balloon styling to match your celebration

Party pairings: The extra touches that elevate the whole event. Custom cookies, tables, chairs, linens, etc.
How it works (it's easy!)
1. Choose your theme – pick a ready-to-rent set or tell me your colors + occasion.
2. Pick up locally – grab your party bins and set up with simple instructions. (Balloon delivery/setup available for select options.)
3. Celebrate – enjoy the moment, snap the photos, make the memories...then return everything after.
